1 Aug. Meditation cheat sheet.

So I have accidentally found a way to access my previous WordPress blogs I wrote through 2015 and 2016. The blogs that meant so much to me and which I deleted during those few horrendous moments of self-doubt. I’m beyond happy. Especially because I managed to recover all my poems and one short story inspired by meditation.

When I was reading through my old posts it struck me how many valuable things I had discovered and learned throughout the years and then completely forgot. Do you want to read a sample?

In the time of great stress and problems: one thought at a time, one step at a time.

or…

It is a misery only if I call it a misery. Is it a misery only because I call it a misery?

I’m developing a Meditation Cheat Sheet I keep in my living room and read before meditation. I just can’t rely on my memory. I can’t afford loosing those precious seeds of wisdom that sprouted in my – otherwise barren – mind.

Oh, and by the way, my last night’s meditation sucked beyond words.

    1. How I missed your comments! You are absolutely right. I know this. I get confused sometimes. Thanks for the reminder! How are you? How is your practice going? Are you using any particular method that you find suitable more than others?
